1. Service Scope & Informational Purpose

Web3 Security Toolkit provides technical blockchain ledger inspection, heuristic smart contract analysis, and token approval diagnostics. The outputs provided by our software are for technical reference and informational awareness only.

2. Non-Custodial Relationship

You acknowledge that:

• We do not act as an escrow agent, broker, custodian, or financial advisor.
• You maintain sole and exclusive responsibility for your private keys, seed phrases, and transaction approvals.
• We have no ability to recover lost tokens, revoke contracts on your behalf without your explicit wallet signature, or reverse blockchain transactions.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the scanning services, including but not limited to:

• Conducting automated distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our RPC infrastructure or proxy endpoints.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities in our heuristic models.
• Using the platform for any unlawful activities or in violation of applicable sanctions regulations.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or enhance any aspect of the heuristic scanning algorithms, supported EVM chains, or public interfaces at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web3 Security Toolkit and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
